Currently, the process of digitalization society affects absolutely all spheres human activity and forms a completely new information environment that opens up access for every person to any sources information. The digital educational provides number advantages participants in creates prospects personal growth. But, despite readiness modern students use technologies, rapid threats risks psychological safety. In connection with restrictive measures during COVID-19 pandemic, abrupt transfer distance format and, as consequence, weakening contact, problem preserving maintaining well-being has become even more urgent, since effectiveness training positive development. article presents results study, purpose which was study characteristics transition learning. empirical object research were 1-3 courses amount 107 people aged from 18 22 years old, enrolled bachelor's programs technical humanitarian areas training. data obtained course on parameters: emotional component subjective well-being, level socio-psychological adaptability, strategies stress-coping behavior, such components resilience involvement, control, risk taking, made it possible carry out correlation analysis, draw interesting conclusions, outline further studying problem.
